In-flight purchases guide

Duty-free items are available for purchase after the main meal service. These products are proposed to La Première and Business passengers in their seat and are available in the rear galley in the Voyageur cabin. Due to thelimited space available, the item of your choice may not be available; if this is the case, our cabin staff can propose an alternative choice.

 

In-flight prices

The saving made on purchasing an item on board is based on the average sales price of items in France.

Eco-tax:

An eco tax may be levied on certain items sold on board. This tax represents your contribution to collecting, processing and recycling used products.

 

Accepted means of payment:

• Travellers’ cheques and currency: US dollar, yen, pound sterling, Canadian dollar, CFP franc and Swiss franc in notes only. In euro – notes and coins.

• Cheques in euros accepted in a French bank

• Bank cards with an authorized limit

JCB: €750 - Diners Club: €300 -

Visa/Mastercard with chip facility:

€500 – with magnetic strip: €300

• Cards not accepted:

prepaid, online and debit cards

For all payments above €150, you may be requested to present a valid passport.

 

Customs information:

On your return to France, the goods contained in your baggage are not subject to customs duty if their value does not exceed the following duty-free allowance:

Cigarettes (passengers aged 17 and over only): 200

Perfumes 50 ml - Eau de toilette 250 ml

Travellers aged under 15: €150 / aged 15 and over: €430.

All surplus amounts must be declared at customs.

If you have a connecting flight, any liquids purchased on board an aircraft from a European Union country must be placed by the salesperson in a sealed bag, along with the receipt, until you arrive at your final destination.

In all other cases, all liquids purchased will be confiscated.

  

Guarantee:

Items purchased in-flight are guaranteed for one year as from the date of purchase. If You notice a manufacturing fault, a defect, or faulty operation attributable to the manufacturer, please return the item in its original packaging together with the receipt to customer services.
